Will the leather color or texture change over time?
Yes, genuine leather develops a natural patina over time, making your product even more unique. The color may deepen and the surface may become smoother with use.
Do you offer product customization or engraving?
Yes, we offer custom engraving and personalization on selected items. You can add initials, names, or short messages. Just select the customization option before checkout.
How do I care for my leather product?
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture. Use a dry cloth for cleaning and apply leather conditioner occasionally to maintain its softness and shine.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 5–12 business days.
Can I cancel a custom strap order?
You cannot cancel a custom strap order by yourself. Please contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp to discuss your cancellation request.
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation from us. However, please note that this confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. We may accept or decline your order for various reasons.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Please allow 7-14 business days from the time you ship your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
How will the refund be processed?
Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
What are the conditions for returning a strap?
The strap must be 100% unworn, with no bending or creases on the leather, and the buckle tongue must not be fitted through the strap hole.
Who bears the return costs for products?
All return costs are generally borne by the customer, except when the return is initiated due to our mistake.
