Leather Straps for the Cartier Tank
The Tank is Cartier's foundational dress watch, designed by Louis Cartier in 1917 and inspired by the silhouette of WWI Renault tanks. Almost no Tank looks correct on metal. Leather Straps for the Cartier Ballon Bleu
The Ballon Bleu (2007) is Cartier's rounded dress watch, designed around a perfectly circular case with a recessed crown protected by a sapphire dome. It looks correct on leather, never on a bracelet that fights the curved case. The integrated curved-end strap is essential here. A flat-end strap will leave a visible gap at the lugs.
Recommended leathers for Ballon Bleu:

Leather Straps for the Cartier Pasha
The Pasha de Cartier was discontinued for years and returned in 2020 with the QuickSwitch system. It is Cartier's most casual reference, with a round case, exposed screws, and a chain-link crown protector. Heavier on the wrist than the Tank, more leather-forgiving in colour.
Recommended leathers:

The Santos-Dumont (the slimmer, dressier sister to the Santos) is the most leather-defined Cartier outside the Tank. Quartz movement, dress-watch register. Practical Notes on Wearing Leather on a Cartier
Specify your model and reference at checkout. The single most important step.
